Overview
WINSHOOT is a rapid-fire troubleshooting event designed to test your mastery of the Windows operating system. This is a practical, hands-on challenge where participants are faced with a PC crippled by common, yet frustrating, software glitches. Your mission is to quickly and effectively diagnose and fix a series of real-world Windows problems, such as missing desktop icons, corrupted system settings, misconfigured shortcuts, and other common usability issues.
